How can I change the dates of my booking?

If you have booked directly with us or on our website, please contact us via email at reservations.garonda@puresaltluxuryhotels.com and we will be very pleased to help you. If you have booked with a tour operator or travel agency, please contact them for any modifications. With your booking reference number, you can also change your booking directly here.

How can I cancel my booking? Is there a cancellation fee?

Cancellation policy may vary depending on the rate you have booked. You may view the cancellation policy as it pertains to your booking in your booking confirmation email. If you have booked directly with us or on our website, contact us via e-mail at reservations.garonda@puresaltluxuryhotels.com and we will be delighted to help you, or you can cancel your booking through the option My Booking option on the home page of the website. If you have booked a non-refundable rate or a special package that cannot be cancelled, the cancellation fee will be the total amount of the booking.

How can I book online?

Do I have to pay my booking online?

No deposit will be charged to your credit card when you make your booking. Your stay will be fully paid at the hotel, unless your booking is of a non-refundable rate or a special package, in which case your card will be charged for the booking without cancellation or refund options.

How can I pay for the rest of my holidays?

If you did not pay when you made your booking, your stay must be fully paid at the hotel. Method of payment can be either the card you used as a guarantee of the booking, another card or cash. If you decide to pay with another card or to pay in cash, you will still be required to show the card you have used as a guarantee. If, for any reason, you wish to pay for all of your booking before arriving at the hotel, please contact reservations.garonda@puresaltluxuryhotels.com and they will send you our bank account details for a wire transfer.

What is not included in the price of my booking?

Your booking does not include spa treatments, minibar drinks, 48-hour or urgent laundry service, medical services, car rental, excursions or any other service that is not expressly included in your booking confirmation.

I have already booked; can I upgrade to a superior room?

If you have booked through our page www.puresaltluxuryhotels.com/garonda, you can upgrade your room and buy more extras in the My Booking section on the home page of the official website, or you can send an e-mail with your request at reservations.garonda@puresaltluxuryhotels.com and we will be delighted to help you.

Upgrade service is subject to availability and will carry an extra cost, which can be paid directly at the hotel.

HOW TO GET TO THE HOTEL PURE SALT GARONDA

How can we get to the hotel?

Arriving to the hotel Pure Salt Garonda is very straightforward. From the airport, you can rent a car and follow the instructions we give you here. Another option is to take bus number 21 at the airport. For a cost of 2,50€, you may take the bus direct to the hotel (hotel is at the Garonda bus stop). Another possibility is to travel by taxi, which will cost you 17-20€.

At Pure Salt Garonda we also offer private or shared transfers through our partner company Transfer Rent. If you want to book a transfer, please contact reservations.garonda@puresaltluxuryhotels.com and mention your email address, phone number, flight number and hotel reservation number. You can also book transfers during your room’s booking process or add this in the My Booking section on the home page.

How can I book a transfer to the hotel?

The private transfer makes your arrival at the airport much more comfortable. Transfer Rent accesses the luggage pick-up area and helps you with your luggage to the vehicle. You can book the transfer via e-mail or when you make your room booking in the ‘extras’ step. The journey lasts for approximately 15 minutes. You may also book transfer in the My Booking section on the home page.

How much does it cost by taxi from / to the airport?

A taxi to/from Palma de Mallorca Airport costs approximately 17-20€. However, you must take into account that they can only transport a maximum of 4 people and a limited amount of luggage.

How can I get from the hotel to the centre of Palma?

Less than 30 metres from hotel Pure Salt Garonda you will find the bus stop for routes 15 and 25. These bus routes take you to the centre of Palma, a very tourist friendly city full of sightseeing and entertainment. Route number 25 takes you directly to Palma via the motorway. The price is 1,50€. You can also take a taxi and it will cost approximately 18€. Our guest manager will be happy to assist you with the booking.

Is there an internet connection?

The hotel Pure Salt Garonda has free WiFi throughout the hotel, including in the guest rooms and suites. If you do not have a device, we have computers at reception with internet access. Ask at reception and we will inform you of the password to access the WiFi and give you information on how to use the computers.

Is there currency exchange?

Yes, come to reception at the hotel Pure Salt Garonda and we will inform you further.

How can I book a car or excursion?

You can book a rental car or excursion a day in advance at hotel reception, where we will explain all the details to you. If you have booked through a tour operator, please contact one of their representatives for available excursions. If you booked through our website or online, contact us at hotel reception and we will be delighted to help you. To organise car rental or an excursion before your arrival, please contact reservations.garonda@puresaltluxuryhotels.com and we will be happy to assist you.

How can I book a green fee?

The hotel reception has various golf courses available with discounts of up to 20%. Please contact us at reception and we will show you all the golf courses and options available. Do you provide bathrobes?

At the Pure Salt Garonda we offer bathrobes and slippers in all rooms.

Do you provide pool towels?

Yes, the Pure Salt Garonda provides a towel service for the pool or beach.

Does the hotel have a private beach Club?
With direct access to the beach, Pure Salt Garonda has partnered with the beach club “The Eight,” located just in front of the hotel. You may book sunbeds and parasol directly at the hotel reception.

Do you have a safe?

Yes, there is a safe in your bedroom free of charge.

I have a special request; how should I send it to you?

What type of activities can one do at the hotel?

Do you have a luggage storage area?

Yes, at Pure Salt Garonda you may leave your luggage at reception at no extra cost. We wish you to enjoy your holidays in Mallorca free of burden.

What is the smoking policy?

All the indoor areas at Pure Salt Garonda are non-smoking. You are only allowed to smoke outdoors in the garden and on the terrace.

Do you host meetings, events or weddings?

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES AT THE HOTEL PURE SALT GARONDA

At what time can I check into the room? At what time do I have to vacate the room? Can I have a late check out?

You can check into your room at 15.00pm at the earliest and you must check out before 12.00pm. If you wish to check-out later than 12.00pm, contact reception and we will check availability and give you an answer, since late check-outs after 12.00pm are subject to current availability and incur a surcharge.

How can we have a faster check in?

By law, established in Order INT/1993/2003 of July 3rd, on register and check-in books of travellers at hotels and similar establishments, all clients above the age of 16 must be registered and must sign a document that is later transferred to the police.

If it is not the first time that you are staying at Hotel Pure Salt Garonda, you can inform reception upon arrival at the hotel and only name, surname(s) and date of birth will be required. However, if it is your first visit, you will have to fill in the complete check-in form.

If we have your e-mail address, a week prior to arrival at the hotel you will receive an e-mail so that you can fill in your personal details and save some time at reception.

We will arrive late at the hotel. Will there be anything for dinner?

If you have booked a room with half-board and at your arrival the restaurant is closed, you will automatically have a pre-prepared cold dinner at your disposal.

Our flight does not leave until late on the day we check out. Can you store our luggage at the hotel? Can we have a shower before travelling?

We ask that you check out of your room before 12.00pm, but you can store your luggage in our luggage storage and carry on enjoying our facilities. At the end of the day, we will provide a courtesy shower where you can also change before leaving. Another possible option is late check-out, but it is subject to availability and incurs a surcharge.

Our flight leaves very early, can we have an early breakfast?

At Pure Salt Garonda we offer you the possibility of a wakeup call. Please let us know the day before at reception, we can give you a wakeup call and have a cold breakfast ready for you before departure.

How are the rooms?

At Pure Salt Garonda we offer rooms with views of the sea and the garden, and these can be Double, Premium, Junior Suite or Suite. All rooms at Hotel Pure Salt Garonda include minibar (drinks packages available with surcharge), hairdryer, magnifying mirror, bathrobe, slippers, digital TV, Wi-Fi and safe. Also, the Junior Suites and Suite include a Jacuzzi in the room, sun bed, docking station, Nespresso coffee machine and ironing accessories. What is the maximum occupancy of each room type?

All rooms have a maximum occupancy of two adults, except the Premium Garden View which can accommodate up to three adults, and the Suite which can accommodate up to four adults. The minimum age to stay at this hotel is 18 years old.

What type of beds do you have?

HOTEL PURE SALT GARONDA GASTRONOMY AND RESTAURANTS

What hours are the bars and restaurants open?

The Garonda bar and restaurant offers breakfast, a lunch and snack menu, and a la carte dinner that can be enjoyed on the sea view terrace.

Breakfast: from 7.45am to 10.45am

Bar: from 10.00am to 10.00pm

Dinner: from 7.00pm to 10.00pm

We request that gentlemen wear long trousers for dinner.

Aside from the dining room, does the hotel have other restaurants?

Yes, at Hotel Pure Salt Garonda we have a theme restaurant, Mikel & Pintxo, where you can enjoy à la carte lunch and dinner.

We also have an Italian restaurant, L’Arcada, located 50 metres from the hotel in front of the Playa de Palma beach, where you will be able to taste our wonderful pizzas cooked in a wood oven as well as other typical Italian dishes.

If you have booked half-board accommodation, you can enjoy dinner in either of our two restaurants or change dinner for lunch in any of them. Advance booking at the hotel reception is required (weekends excluded) and only one change will be permitted per reservation.
