How do I change the dates of my booking?

If you have booked directly with us or on our website, contact us via e-mail at reservations.portadriano@puresaltluxuryhotels.com and we will be delighted to help you. If you have booked with a tour operator or travel agency, please contact them contact them for any modifications. With your booking reference number, you can also change your booking directly here.

How do I cancel my booking? What cost does it have?

Cancellation policy may vary depending on the rate. You will find the cancellation policy pertaining to your booking described in your booking confirmation email. If you have booked directly with us or on our website, contact us via e-mail at reservations.portadriano@puresaltluxuryhotels.com and we will be delighted to help you, or you can cancel your booking by clicking here. If you have booked a non-refundable rate or a special package that cannot be cancelled, your cancellation fee will be the total amount of the booking.

How do I make an online booking?

Do I have to pay for my booking online?

No deposit will be charged to your credit card when you make the booking. Your stay will be fully paid at the hotel unless your booking is of a non-refundable rate, in which case your card will be charged for the booking without cancellation or refund options.

How can I pay for my holidays?

If you did not pay when you made the booking, your stay must be fully paid at the hotel. Method of payment can be either the card you used as a guarantee of the booking, another card or cash. If you decide to pay with another card or to pay in cash, you will still be required to show the card you have used as a guarantee. If, for any reason, you wish to pay for all of your booking before arriving at the hotel, please contact reservations.portadriano@puresaltluxuryhotels.com and they will send you our bank account details for a wire transfer.

What is not included in my booking price?

Your booking does not include spa treatments, minibar drinks, 48-hour or urgent laundry service, medical services, car rental, excursions or any other service that is not expressly included in your booking confirmation.

I have already made a booking. Can I get an upgrade?

If you have booked through a tour operator, please confirm whether or not you can modify your booking with your tour operator.

If you are interested in receiving an upgrade for your booking, please contact us with your petition at reservations.portadriano@puresaltluxuryhotels.com and we will be delighted to help you. If you have booked through our page www.puresaltluxuryhotels.com/port-adriano, you can upgrade your room and buy more extras in the My Booking section on the home page of the official website.

Upgrade service is subject to availability and will carry an extra cost, which can be paid directly at the hotel.

How to Get to Hotel Pure Salt Port Adriano

How can we get to the hotel?

Getting to Hotel Port Adriano is very easy. From the airport, you can rent a car and follow the instructions that you will find here.

At Hotel Pure Salt Port Adriano we also offer private transfers through our partner company Transfer Rent. If you would like to book private transfer, please contact reservations.portadriano@puresaltluxuryhotels.com and mention your email address, phone number, flight number and hotel reservation number. You can also book transfers during your room’s booking process, or add this in the My Booking section on the home page.

How can I book a transfer to the hotel?

Private transfer makes your arrival at the airport much more comfortable. Transfer Rent accesses the luggage pick-up area and helps you with your luggage to the vehicle. You can book your transfer via e-mail, or when you make your room booking in the ‘extras’ step. The journey lasts for approximately 30 minutes. You may also add Transfer to your booking through the My Booking section on the home page.

How much does a taxi cost to/from the airport?

A taxi to/from Palma de Mallorca Airport costs approximately 50 euros. Please remember that a taxi can only hold a maximum of 4 people and has limited luggage capacity.

What time can I check into my room? What time do I have to check out? Can I get a late check-out?

At Hotel Pure Salt Port Adriano your room will be ready at 3.00pm on arrival day, and you are asked to check-out on your departure day before 12.00pm. If you are to arrive before 3.00pm or need to leave after 12.00pm, please inform the hotel via e-mail at reservations.portadriano@puresaltluxuryhotels.com and we will be delighted to help you.

These services are subject to availability and may incur a surcharge.

How can we speed up check-in?

By law, established in Order INT/1993/2003 of July 3rd, on registry bookings and travellers’ check-in to hotels and other similar establishments, all clients of at least 16 years of age must be registered and sign a document that is then sent to the police.

If we have your e-mail address, a week prior to arrival at the hotel you will receive an e-mail so that you can fill in your personal details and save some time at reception.

We will arrive late at the hotel. Will there be something to eat?

If you have booked a room with half-board and at your arrival the restaurant is closed, you will automatically have a pre-prepared cold dinner at your disposal.

Our flight does not leave until late afternoon on departure day. Can you keep our luggage at the hotel? Can we have a shower in the afternoon before travelling?

You will have to check out of your room at 12.00pm but you can leave your luggage in the luggage storage room and still enjoy all the facilities. At the end of the day, we offer a courtesy room where you can shower and get changed before leaving. Another option is a late check-out, but it is subject to availability and carries a surcharge.

Our flight is very early. Can we have breakfast before the restaurant opens?

At Hotel Pure Salt Port Adriano we offer the option of waking you up with our wake-up service. If you notify reception, we will wake you up and offer a cold breakfast that you can enjoy in the restaurant before leaving.

All rooms at Hotel Pure Salt Port Adriano have views of the sea. These may be Deluxe Double, Superior Double, Superior Swim Up Sea View, Junior Suite with Jacuzzi, Junior Suite Renaissance or Suite. All rooms at Hotel Pure Salt Port Adriano include minibar, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, bathrobe, slippers, Bulgari amenities, digital TV, Wi-Fi, safe and Nespresso coffee maker. 11 Junior Suites include a Jacuzzi on the terrace.

What is the maximum capacity of each room?

All rooms can accommodate up to two adults except for the Junior Suite, which can accommodate three adults, and the Adriano Suite, which can accommodate up to three adults (four if it includes the communicating room). The minimum age to stay at this hotel is 18.

The rooms have 2 single beds or 1 large double bed. Please indicate your bed preference in order to be able to give you the room that best suits your needs.
