What time can I check into my room? What time should I check out? Can I request a late check-out?
At the Hotel Pure Salt Port Adriano your room will be ready at 15:00 on the day of your arrival. Check-out must take place before 12:00 on the day of departure. How can we speed up check-in?
According to the law, as laid down in Order INT/1993/2003 of 3 July 2003, regulating the booking and check-in registers for travellers to hotels and similar establishments, all guests aged 16 years or older must register and sign a document to be handed over to the police.
If we have your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail one week prior to your arrival at the hotel so that you can provide us with your personal details and save time at the reception desk.
We will arrive late at the hotel, will there be something to eat?
If you have booked a room with half board and the restaurant is closed on arrival, you will be offered a cold dinner.
Our flight does not leave until late afternoon on the day of departure. Can we leave our luggage at the hotel? Would it be possible to take a shower in the evening before departure?
