Your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking. The full price of the stay will be paid at the hotel, unless your booking is a non-refundable rate or special package, in which case you will be charged the price of the booking with no cancellation or refund options.

If payment was not made at the time of booking, the full price of the stay will be paid at the hotel. How do I get to the hotel?
On the Sóller road, pass through the village and reach the port of Sóller, take the turning to Playa d’en Repic and after 300 metres turn left (past the train tracks) and reach the end of the beach.

What time can I check into my room? What time do I have to check out? Can I request a late check-out?
Check-in is available from 15:00 h onwards. Check-out must take place before 12:00 at the latest. If you wish to make a late check-out, please contact us at reservations.portdesoller@puresaltluxuryhotels.com.
How can we speed up check-in?
According to the law, set out in Order INT/1993/2003 of 3 July, regulating the booking and check-in registers for travellers in hotels and similar establishments, all guests aged 16 years or older must register and sign a document which must be handed over to the police.
If it is not the first time you are staying at Hotel Pure Salt Port de Sóller, please inform reception on arrival and you will only be asked for your first name, surname(s) and date of birth. However, if this is your first stay at the hotel, you will need to fill in the complete registration form.
If we have your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail one week before your arrival at the hotel so that you can check in online and save time at the reception.
We will arrive late at the hotel, will there be something for dinner?
If you have booked a room with half board and the restaurant is closed on arrival, you will be offered a cold dinner.
Our flight does not leave until late afternoon on the day of departure. Can we leave our luggage at the hotel and will it be possible to shower before departure?
It is necessary to check out of your room before 12:00, but you can leave your luggage in the luggage room and enjoy all our facilities. At the end of the day, we will offer you a courtesy room where you can shower and change before your departure. Our flight leaves very early, can we have an early breakfast?
