Booking and cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 7 days before the day of arrival. The deposit charged at the time of booking confirmation will be refunded to your credit card. If you cancel your reservation 6 days (or less) before the day of arrival, the 30% deposit charged at the time of booking confirmation will not be refunded.

1,1 EUR (VAT included) for stays from 01/11 to 30/04. Prices are per night and per person. This tax is to be paid at the hotel.

Check-in is possible any time after 3:00 p.m.
We cannot offer early check-in.

Check-out must take place before 11:00 a.m.
We do not offer late check-outs.

All guests can store their luggage free of charge before check-in and after check-out.

Pure Salt Residences does not have a reception. You can contact us from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Check-in is also automatic but don’t worry, if you have a reservation with us, we will provide you with all the instructions before arrival.

We do not offer breakfast service. On arrival you will find a Welcome Kit with breakfast totally free for the first day but after that, you will have to organise breakfast on your own.

You can also have breakfast on the terrace of our 5* hotel Pure Salt Garonda from 07:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at an additional cost.

Breakfast is open to guests and visitors:
Price per adult: 22 EUR
You can add breakfast at any time, just notify the reception. If you are not staying, you are also welcome. Just let the staff know when you arrive.

We do not have a car park, but it is very easy to park nearby in the free car parks around the estate.
The nearby car parks are all free of charge.

We do not offer room service.

We do not have a 24/7 concierge physically available at the property, but we are always available online to help you arrange your stay. Just contact us and we will be happy to help.
