Terms and Conditions of the Pure Salt Club Programme
Pure Salt Club is the loyalty programme of the hotels Pure Salt Port Adriano (MEDITERRANEAN LUXURY HOTEL S.A.), Pure Salt Garonda (HOTELERA INSULAR S.L.), Pure Salt Port de Sóller (HOTEL MAR-BELL, S.L.U.) and apartments Pure Salt Residences (CANAL CENTER, S.L.U.), operating under the Pure Salt Luxury Hotels (MEDITERRANEAN LUXURY HOTEL S.A.) commercial brand.
This is an open and free programme, designed to foster customer loyalty and encourage direct bookings through our official website: www.puresaltluxuryhotels.com.
Access to the programme and use of the services offered through the website imply the express
acceptance of the following terms of use:
- Acceptance of the website’s www.puresaltluxuryhotels.com privacy policy.
- Acceptance of the subscription to receive commercial communications from the brand and its hotels, including exclusive offers and news.
- To protect the confidential information associated with the Club account and ensure that it is accessible only by its holder or with their consent, it is necessary to register by providing the following personal data: first name, surname, date of birth, country of residence, a valid, unique and personal email address, and a password.
- In the event of a forgotten password, the customer may request a reset through the website by accessing the Club area and selecting the option “Forgot password?”. A recovery link will be sent to the registered email address.
- The customer is solely responsible for safeguarding and maintaining the confidentiality of their password. Neither MEDITERRANEAN LUXURY HOTEL S.A. nor the companies of the group shall be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the improper or unauthorised use of the password, even if such use is carried out by third parties.
Pure Salt Club Programme
The aim of the programme is to reward the loyalty of our guests through access to exclusive benefits, personalised content and relevant communications, designed to enhance their experience before, during and after their stay at our hotels.
To enjoy these benefits, it is necessary to register with the Club and make bookings through the official website. Only natural persons of legal age who have previously registered with the Club by entering their personal details via the website may benefit from the programme. The benefits are
personal and non-transferable.The benefits of the programme are linked to the email address used at the time of registration. If a booking is made using a different email address, the system will not be able to identify the customer as a Club member, and the corresponding benefits will not be applied.
Membership Levels and How It Works
The membership levels of the programme are determined based on the number of nights stayed at any of the hotels within the group, provided that these stays have been booked exclusively through the official website
There are currently three membership levels:
- Pure Salt Club Member. Minimum stay: 0 nights. Base level, automatically assigned upon registration in the programme. No prior minimum stay required.
- Pure Salt Club Elite Member. Minimum stay: 15 nights. Intermediate level, assigned after accumulating a minimum of 15 nights of stay.
- Pure Salt Club Platinum Member. Minimum stay: 30 nights. Top level, assigned after accumulating a minimum of 30 nights of stay.
The level upgrade takes place after the stay during which the required number of nights has been accumulated. The benefits of the new level will apply from the next booking and stay.
Some promotional offers published on the official website may not be combined with the discounts and benefits of the loyalty programme.
The benefits and discounts included in the programme are valid only for bookings made through the official website and by customers previously registered in the Club. Bookings made through any other channel than the group’s official website will not entitle the customer to enjoy such
benefits during their stay.
To enjoy the applicable discounts during the stay at the hotel, guests must identify themselves as Club members when requesting the service.
Loyalty discounts and benefits do not apply to bookings made through travel agencies or other commissionable channels.
MEDITERRANEAN LUXURY HOTEL S.A. and the other companies of the group accept no responsibility for any changes, interruptions or eventual cancellation of the programme.
Registering for and accessing the benefits programme implies that the user has read, understood and fully accepted the conditions set out herein.
Benefits
The benefits of the programme vary depending on the level achieved by the member, and will only
apply to bookings made through the official website by previously registered members. Below are
the benefits and discounts corresponding to each level:
The benefits described here are subject to availability and the specific conditions of each hotel in the group. The tier change will occur at the end of the stay during which the necessary nights were accumulated, and the benefits of the new tier will apply from the next booking and stay.

Benefits described herein are subject to availability and the specific conditions of each hotel within the group. The level change will take place at the end of the stay in which the required nights have been accumulated, and the benefits of the new level will apply from the following booking
and stay.
Hotels
The Pure Salt Club loyalty programme is valid exclusively at the group hotels operating under the brand. Currently, the programme applies to the following properties: Pure Salt Port Adriano, Pure Salt Garonda, Pure Salt Port de Sóller and Pure Salt Residences.
Pure Salt reserves the right to modify the list of hotels participating in the programme at any time, as well as to exclude or include new properties.
Validity
The Pure Salt Club programme comes into effect on 17 July 2025 and is valid exclusively for bookings made through the group’s official website from that date onwards.
MEDITERRANEAN LUXURY HOTEL S.A. and the other companies in the group reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel, in whole or in part, the programme at any time, including its terms, benefits, levels, and operation, without prior notice.
