How to select your room:
- Select "Do you have a reservation?" and follow the instructions.
- Bookings on our website:
- Enter your booking reference in the first box.
- Bookings through Booking.com:
- Select ‘Booking’ and enter your booking reference.
- Enter your check-in and check-out date.
- Select the room you have booked
- Enter your name, surname and e-mail.
- Bookings through other channels:
- Select ‘Other’ and indicate the company through which you have made your booking, and the booking reference.
- Enter the check-in and check-out date.
- Select the room you have booked.
- Enter your name, surname and email.
- Select your preferred room on the 3D plan
Important:
- You can only select your room if your arrival is more than 7 days away.
- You are choosing your favourite room - the reception team must authorise the request.
- Once authorised, on check-in you will be asked to pay the amount indicated. en
