How can I change the dates of my booking?
If you have made a booking directly with us or through the web, please contact us by e-mail at reservations.garonda@puresaltluxuryhotels.com and we will be happy to assist you. If you have made a booking with a tour operator or travel agency, please contact them to make any changes. You can also make changes with the booking reference number directly here.
How can I cancel my booking, is there a cancellation fee?
The cancellation policy may vary depending on the initial fare. You will find the cancellation policy for your booking in your booking confirmation email. If you have made a booking directly with us or through the website, please contact us by e-mail at reservations.garonda@puresaltluxuryhotels.com and we will be happy to assist you. You can also cancel your booking by using the Log In button on the home page of the website. If you have booked a non-refundable rate or a special package that cannot be cancelled, your cancellation fee will be the full amount of the booking.
How do I make a reservation online?

Do I need to pay to make an online booking?
Your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking. The full price of the stay will be paid at the hotel, unless your booking is a non-refundable rate or special package, in which case you will be charged the price of the booking with no cancellation or refund options.
How can I pay for my holiday?
If payment was not made at the time of booking, the full price of the stay will be paid at the hotel. The payment methods available are the card used as a guarantee for the booking, another card or cash. If payment is made with another card or in cash, it will still be necessary to show the card used as a guarantee. If for any reason you wish to pay the full price of your booking before arriving at the hotel, please contact reservations.garonda@puresaltluxuryhotels.com and you will receive our bank account details for a transfer.
What is not included in the price of my booking?
Your booking does not include Spa treatments, drinks from the Minibar, express or 48-hour laundry service, medical service, car rental, excursions or any other service that is not expressly included in the booking confirmation.
I have already made a reservation; can I request an upgrade to a superior room?
If you have made a reservation through the website www.puresaltgaronda.com/, you can request an upgrade and purchase more extras in the My Booking section of the home page of the official website. You can also send an e-mail with your request to reservations.garonda@puresaltluxuryhotels.com and we will be happy to assist you.
The upgrade service is subject to availability and involves an extra charge which can be paid directly at the hotel.
How to get to the hotel Pure Salt Garonda
How do I get to the hotel?
Getting to the Pure Salt Garonda Hotel is very easy. From the airport, you can hire a car and follow the directions here. Another option is to take bus number 21 from the airport. For €2.50, you can take the bus directly to the hotel (the hotel is located at the Garonda bus stop). Alternatively, you can take a taxi, which costs around €17-20.
At Hotel Pure Salt Garonda we also offer private or shared transfers through our partner company Transfer Rent. If you wish to book a private transfer, please contact reservations.garonda@puresaltluxuryhotels.com and provide your e-mail address, telephone number, flight number and booking number. You can also book transfers during the room booking process, or add it in the My Booking section on the home page.
How can I book a transfer to the hotel?
Private transfers make your arrival at the airport much more comfortable. The rental transfer accesses the baggage claim area and helps you load your luggage into the vehicle. You can book your transfer by e-mail, or in the ‘extras’ step of the booking process for your room. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes. You can also book a transfer in the My Booking section of the home page.
How much does a taxi to/from the airport cost?
A taxi to/from Palma airport costs approximately 17-20€. However, you should be aware that taxis have a maximum capacity of 4 passengers and limited luggage space.
How can I get to the centre of Palma from the hotel?
You will find the bus stop for bus lines 15 and 25 less than 30 metres from the Hotel Pure Salt Garonda. These lines will take you directly to the centre of Palma, a very touristic city full of sights and entertainment options. Line 25 will also take you directly to Palma via the motorway. The fare is 1.50€ each way. You can also take a taxi for approximately €18. Our Guest Manager will be happy to guide you through the booking process.

Is there an Internet connection?
Hotel Pure Salt Garonda has free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, including the rooms and suites. If you do not have a device, we have computers with Internet access at reception. Ask at reception and we will provide you with the Wi-Fi password and information on how to use the computers.
Is there a currency exchange service available?
Yes, please ask at the reception of the Hotel Pure Salt Garonda and we will provide you with more information.
How can I book a rental car or excursions?
You can rent a car or book excursions the day before at the hotel reception, where we will explain all the details. Yes, the Pure Salt Garonda offers pool and beach towel service.
Does the hotel have a private beach club?
In Mallorca, the beaches are public and we do not have a private beach club.
Do you have a safe?
Yes, you will find a safe in your room for free use.

What kind of activities can I do at the hotel?

Yes, at the Hotel Pure Salt Garonda you can leave your luggage at reception at no extra cost. We want you to enjoy your vacations in Mallorca free of charge.
What is the smoking policy?
All indoor areas of the Pure Salt Garonda are non-smoking areas. Smoking is only allowed in the garden or terrace.
Do you organize meetings, events or weddings?
We try to satisfy the needs of our clients to the maximum. Although we do not offer specific services for meetings and events, our facilities allow the organization of small celebrations depending on their characteristics. How can we speed up check-in?
According to the law, established in the Order INT/1993/2003, of July 3, which regulates the reservation records and records of entry of travelers to hotels and similar establishments, all customers at least 16 years of age, must register and sign a document to be delivered to the police.
If this is not your first time staying at the Pure Salt Garonda Hotel, please inform reception upon arrival and you will only be asked for your first name, last name(s) and date of birth. However, if this is your first stay at the hotel, you will need to fill out the complete registration form.
If we have your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail one week prior to your arrival at the hotel so that you can provide us with your personal information and save time at the front desk.
I will arrive late at the hotel, will there be something for dinner?
If you have booked a room with half board and the restaurant is closed upon arrival, a cold dinner will be offered.
My flight does not leave until late afternoon on the day of departure. Can I leave my luggage at the hotel? Would it be possible to take a shower before the trip?
You must check out of your room before 12:00 noon, but you can leave your luggage in the luggage room and enjoy all our facilities. At the end of the day, we will offer you a courtesy room where you can shower and change before your departure. You can also request a late check-out, but this is subject to availability and carries an additional charge.
My flight leaves very early, can I have an early breakfast?
The Pure Salt Garonda offers wake-up call service. Please inform reception the day before your departure and we will be happy to provide you with wake-up call service and a cold breakfast.
