How can I change the dates of my booking?

How do I make a reservation online?

Do I need to pay to make an online booking?
No charge will be made to your credit card when you make the booking; payment will be automatically processed 48 hours before your reservation. If your booking is a non-refundable rate or a special package, you will be charged the full price at the time of booking, with no cancellation or refund options.
How can I pay for my holiday?
For non-refundable reservations, payment is due at the time of booking. For flexible reservations, payment is due 48 hours prior to arrival. The credit card provided as a guarantee at the time of booking will be used to collect payment. What is not included in the price of my booking?
Your booking does not include Spa treatments, drinks from the Minibar, laundry service, medical service, car rental, excursions or any other service that is not expressly included in the booking confirmation.
How can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the original rate. You will find the cancellation policy for your booking in your booking confirmation email. If you have made a booking directly with us or via our website, please contact us by email at reservations.garonda@puresaltluxuryhotels.com and we will be happy to assist you. You can also cancel your booking by clicking the ‘Log in’ button on the website’s homepage. If you have booked a non-refundable rate or a special package that cannot be cancelled, your cancellation fee will be the total amount of the booking.
I have already made a booking; can I request an upgrade to a superior room?
If you have made a booking via the website www.puresaltgaronda.com, you can request an upgrade and purchase additional extras by contacting reservations.garonda@puresaltluxuryhotels.com directly, and we will be happy to assist you.
The upgrade service is subject to availability and incurs an additional charge, which can be paid directly at the hotel.
How to get to the hotel Pure Salt Garonda
How do I get to the hotel?
Getting to the Pure Salt Garonda Hotel is very easy. From the airport, you can rent a car and follow the directions provided here.
Upon leaving Palma de Mallorca Airport, follow the signs for “Palma / Santanyí / Playa de Palma”.
Take the MA-19 motorway towards Santanyí.
Stay on the MA-19 for approximately 6–8 km.
Take the exit towards “S’Arenal / Playa de Palma”.
Continue along the main road to Playa de Palma (Avinguda de les Meravelles / Carrer de la Mar Negra).
The Garonda Hotel is located at Mar Negra 2, easily visible on the beachfront of the hotel zone.
Alternatively, you can take bus number A2 from the airport. For around €4 per person, you can take the direct bus to the hotel (the hotel is located at the Garonda stop). Another option is to take a taxi, which costs approximately €20. At the Pure Salt Garonda Hotel, we also offer private and shared transfers through our partner company, Transfer Rent. To book a private transfer, please contact reservations.garonda@puresaltluxuryhotels.com and provide your email address, phone number, flight number, and booking number. You can also book transfers during the room booking process or add them in the My Booking section on the homepage.
How can I book a transfer to the hotel?
Private transfers make your arrival at the airport much more comfortable. You can book your transfer by email or as part of the “extras” section of your room booking process. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes.
How much does a taxi to/from the airport cost?
A taxi to/from Palma Airport costs approximately €20. However, please note that taxis have a maximum capacity of 4 passengers and a luggage space limit.
How can I get to the centre of Palma from the hotel?
You’ll find the bus stop for line 25 less than 30 meters from the Hotel Pure Salt Garonda. This line will take you directly to the center of Palma, a popular tourist destination with plenty of attractions and entertainment options. Line 25 also takes you directly to Palma via the motorway. The fare is €1.80 without transfers (standard fare). We suggest paying directly on the bus by card, as this is considerably cheaper and more convenient. Alternatively, you can take a taxi for approximately €20. Our Guest Manager will be happy to assist you with the booking process.

Is there an Internet connection?
Hotel Pure Salt Garonda has free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, including the rooms and suites. If you do not have a device, we have computers with Internet access at reception. Ask at reception and we will provide you with the Wi-Fi password and information on how to use the computers.
Is there a currency exchange service available?
No, although you can go to the reception of the Hotel Pure Salt Garonda and we will offer you more information.
How can I book a rental car or excursions?
You can rent a car or book excursions at the hotel reception, where we will explain all the details. Yes, the Pure Salt Garonda offers pool and beach towel service.
Does the hotel have a private beach club?
In Mallorca, the beaches are public and we do not have a private beach club.
Do you have a safe?
Yes, you will find a safe in your room for free use.

Do you have a luggage storage area?

What is the smoking policy?
All indoor areas of Pure Salt Garonda are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in the garden or in the designated smoking area on the Salty terrace.
Do you organize meetings, events or weddings?
We try to satisfy the needs of our clients to the maximum. Although we do not offer specific services for meetings and events, our facilities allow the organization of small celebrations depending on their characteristics. How can we speed up check-in?
According to the law, established in Order INT/1993/2003 of July 3, which regulates reservation and check-in procedures for travelers at hotels and similar establishments, all guests aged 16 and over must register and sign a document that must be submitted to the police.
To complete the registration process, you will be asked to present your identity card or passport at check-in and provide information regarding your residential address, mobile phone number, and email address, in addition to signing the registration form.
If we have your email address, you will receive an email one week before your arrival at the hotel so you can provide your personal information via online check-in.
I will arrive late at the hotel, will there be something for dinner?
If you have booked a room with half board and the restaurant is closed upon your arrival, a cold dinner will be served in your room. For better arrangements, please notify reservations.garonda@puresaltluxuryhotels.com.
My flight does not leave until late afternoon on the day of departure. Can I leave my luggage at the hotel? Would it be possible to take a shower before the trip?
Please check out of your room before 12pm. However, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room and enjoy all our facilities. At the end of the day, we will offer you a complimentary room where you can shower and change before your departure. Please note that although this service is included, you must request it in advance at reception or with the Spa staff to reserve the space. You can also request a late check-out, but this is subject to availability and incurs an additional charge.
My flight leaves very early, can I have an early breakfast?
Pure Salt Garonda offers a wake-up call service and cold breakfast. Please inform reception the day before your departure and we will be happy to provide both services at your requested time.
